Your Subscriptions are managed in my account
If you cancel today, your ability to do the tests ends today. If you would like to cancel a subscription today, please do the following:
- Go to My subscriptions or use the View my subscriptions button
- By the side of each subscription there is a Cancel button, (most people will only have one!)
- On the next page you will need to use the
button
- You are now in your PayPal account where you can complete the cancellation following the 6 steps below. If you do not have a PayPal account or you would like us to cancel this for you, please contact us with your account details so that we can cancel your subscription.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Click My money.
- Click Update beside 'My pre-approved payments.'
- Click the name of the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel.
- One month after your last payment the pupil/pupils attached to that subscription will show "inactive" and "expired" will show on the "My Subscriptions" page.
